Spire Recruitment was born in 2022.
"A newbie to real estate recruitment" you might assume? Definitely not so! Let's unpack this for you...
When the world was shaking it's well-sanitised hands to a new reality emerging from what had been a murky couple of years, our brains were trying to make sense of the unprecedented fog we had all just lived through.
As the mist started to clear, we landed in a very different job market. One that felt like being on the set of a low-budget Hollywood Hills mini-series!
People were muttering new catch lines such as 'working from home / work life balance / the great resignation.
We heard this, loud and clear.

MEET THE FOUNDERS - SARA & ROWENA
Sara and Rowena live and breathe Melbourne, Real Estate and recruitment. Both come from Real Estate backgrounds, with a combined 30 years of hands-on at the coalface experience, working in Real Estate.
This is backed by a combined 18 years + of recruiting for Real Estate agencies in and around Melbourne.
No other agency has this concentrated know-how in the Melbourne recruitment market.

Alysia joins the Spire team bringing 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant across real estate, brokerage, and non-profit sectors.
This versatile skill set and in-depth knowledge of recruitment dynamics has added even more depth to the already strong female lead team!
As a Recruitment Consultant focused on the real estate industry, Alysia is skilled in managing time efficiently and communicating effectively, always centering the needs of her clients and candidates. Deeply committed to making the recruitment process supportive and seamless.
Alysia's professional accomplishments include assisting in the successful closure of over $23 million in client deals and leading grand opening initiatives for a waste management facility. Her results-driven approach compliments her ability to cultivate strong professional relationships.
Outside of her work, Alysia enjoys travelling to experience new cultures and is a dedicated cat lover.
