Sara spent more than six years in real estate, gaining a deep understanding of what it takes for an agency to operate successfully and drive results. In her first year in sales at Harcourts Tauranga, she was named Rookie of the Year and went on to consistently rank among the company’s top 20 performers. Her early success set the stage for a career defined by excellence, leadership, and a commitment to people.

After moving to Melbourne in 2017, Sara combined her love of real estate with her natural ability to connect with people by joining the city’s longest-standing real estate recruitment agency. She quickly established herself as a trusted advisor, building strong, loyal relationships with Melbourne’s leading agencies and helping thousands of people secure roles that genuinely advance their careers.

Driven by her vision to raise the standard of recruitment, Sara founded Spire Recruitment; a boutique, female-led agency built on integrity, trust, and personalised service. Under her leadership, Spire has become known for delivering tailored, results-focused recruitment solutions while fostering long-term partnerships across the industry.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys time with her two children, one in Melbourne and one in New Zealand, and is happily embracing life as a proud grandmother.
