Before launching Spire Recruitment, she spent more than six years in real estate, gaining a deep understanding of how successful agencies operate and what strong teams need to thrive.
After moving to Melbourne in 2017, Sara joined one of the city’s longest-standing real estate recruitment agencies and quickly became a trusted advisor to leading agencies and property professionals. Spire Recruitment was created to bring a more personal, honest, and market-aware approach to real estate recruitment across Melbourne and Victoria.
